Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in a specific giveaway post, OMG Goodies sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of OMG Goodies, its bloggers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

Entry methods vary by sweepstakes and are detailed in each individual giveaway post. Common entry methods include:

  • Completing a Rafflecopter or similar entry widget on the giveaway page.
  • Following OMG Goodies or sponsor social media accounts.
  • Leaving a blog comment on the giveaway post.
  • Subscribing to an email newsletter.

Entries must be received by the deadline specified in the giveaway post. Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.

Entry Deadlines

Each sweepstakes has its own start and end date, clearly posted within the giveaway announcement. All times are based on Eastern Time unless noted otherwise. Entries submitted after the closing date and time will be disqualified.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing is typically conducted within 48 hours of the sweepstakes closing. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry and may also be announced on the OMG Goodies website or social media channels.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected at OMG Goodies' discretion.

Prizes

Prize details — including description, approximate retail value, and any restrictions — are outlined in each individual giveaway post. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash unless explicitly stated. OMG Goodies and its sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to release OMG Goodies, its bloggers, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance of a prize. OMG Goodies reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the contest.

All decisions made by OMG Goodies regarding sweepstakes administration are final and binding.
